When visiting New York, you may want to visit Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Square, World of Disney Store, Chinatown, the Brooklyn Bridge and Greenwich Village. The Bronx Zoo is also something that the young and the old can enjoy. You will surely get entertained by the sea lions, sloths, monkeys and lions along with all the other animals in the zoo. There are also some African animals, gorillas and pythons. The animals have dwelling somewhat similar to where they live in the wild. This is one stop worth visiting in the New York area.
The Chrysler Building is something of a historical site since it is the tallest brick building supported by steel. It also has seven radiating terraced arches which made it even more appealing. Here you will get to see car sculptures and beautiful artworks which lean a little about the history of cars. The Wilcox Mansion is another one of the historical places to visit in New York. This is where the inauguration of President Roosevelt was held in 1901. You will see some memorabilia on the inauguration of President Roosevelt, and even some things that are related to the assignation of President McKinley that took place here as well.
Another spectacular place to see in New York is Greenwich Village. This is a very astonishing village to see. You will find a large number of college students here and also a horde of gay population in New York. You will find nightclubs, cafés and restaurants everywhere you turn.
Rather than going to Disney World, you may want to go visit the World of Disney Store.. There is a lot for everyone, and every person will find something to amuse him or her that is even undreamed of. There are gifts, collectible and lots of Disney characters. You will feel similar to a little kid in a candy store.
Manhattan and Brooklyn are connected by Brooklyn Bridge. The bridge is approximately sixteen hundred feet long and is a stunning way to witness the city lights at night. A striking sight to see that is almost touching the sky is the Gothic Towers. To have a good view of the cities, you can stroll across the bridge at night.
You must see Chinatown if you would like to spot some Chinese culture and ancient traditions. You will discover customs and traditions that is very alluring and beautiful from the little community of Chinese. Street vendors with fruits, snails and even shrimp can also be found in Chinatown.
The best things to do in New York are found everywhere. With all the museums, restaurants and nightclubs as well as the shopping will keep you busy in New York.
New York also hosts the best New Year Eve parties. I know, it’s still early to plan for New Year’s Eve. But it is best to plan your holiday vacation in advance. You can even place reservations on tickets for some of the coolest New Year’s eve parties in New York City.

I've heard that New York is gorgeous in winter time. It is Summer in New Zealand in winter-time, so I don't know what a true wintery Christmas would be like.

Good guidance. I can not resist my self without speaking about Empire State Building,Rockefeller center,Times square,Museum of Art and St.Patrick's cathedral. These are ancient and traditionally valued spots in New york. have a visit in these places also. These are my favorite.

Every body like playing sports, the park on Shore Road in Bay Ridge is great. It's huge, it has a lot of baseball fields, some basketball courts and tennis courts, and its right off the water so it's always cooler there.
My Favorite thing to do in New York is walk through Central park, especially in the fall.

There is no doubt that New York is great place to visit. But there are a lot of catastrophes that happened there (e.g. Godzilla, Flash Flood, Alien Attacks)…. J/KI'd like to go there again and spend some time with friends. Party all night!
